Reservation Policy
Early Arrival and late Departure or any extending of stay is completely subject to the availability of that day & management’s discretion, requests should be made aware at the time of reservation. Both are subject to availability and additional charges may be applicable accordingly.
These special rates are applicable for all reservations made directly with the hotel, through telephone or email or through our toll free number.
All reservations are held till 18:00 hrs, unless guaranteed.
All rooms are subject to availability.
The rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments shall be settled directly by cash or credit card. Cash settlement by Indian Nationals above INR 25,000 will only be accepted with PAN card
FOC Policy
One room will be given as FOC to the tour leader for every 10 paid rooms
Below 10 Rooms Group coordinator room will be on chargeable basis.
Child Policy
Child below 0 - 5 Years is complimentary.
Child above 06 - 11 years will be charged as per above mention Rates.
Above 12 yr will be considered as adult only.
Cancellation Policy
MID or Off Season
Cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival date would attract one night’s retention on the confirmed rate. The booking is cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival date full charge will be levied.
No refund would be granted applicable also in case of No Show.
For Groups booking cut off will be of 45 days especially effective during the high- peak periods/months applicable in Gangtok. In the event of No Shows or Group Cancellation within cut off period would attract.
Night Retention Charge & within 21days prior to arrival date would be attract full retention charge
In case of Early Departure 100% retention would be charged on the balance nights booked applicable on both criteria (FIT & Group Booking).
The rates do not entitle a company to any credit facility. All bills to be settled by cash / credit card at the time of checkout.
